Had a lovely pamper experience at Butterfly this morning. I had an accident yesterday on my shoulder and arm so was struggling but Samantha's hands were very gentle around that area and I thoroughly enjoyed my half body massage. Luckily I had booked a Halo Head Spa so my hair was washed for me whilst the I had the full halo experience which if anybody likes their hair played with was unbelievably relaxing, finishing off with a soothing facial. Truly 5***** 🥰😃

Had a clinical wax with ‘Chelle. She was fantastic, I felt at ease straight away and she was surprisingly quick, and now I'm walking around feeling like a hairless dolphin and at least half a stone lighter! Thank you Michelle I bloody love you! You’re my favourite hairy fairy godmother 🪄🧚🏻‍♀️

Really great experience, I had the eye packages which includes brow wax and tint and eyelash tint. My eyelashes and brows are the exact colour I wanted. I was worried about the brow wax being a little painful but I barely felt it. Definitely booking again! Dani is super at what she does!

I cannot recommend Didi enough, from start to finish she made me feel comfortable, at ease, great communication. We didn’t stop talking throughout the whole session which was full leg waxing, focused on work as well as engaging throughout. Felt like I had known Didi for a long time which says a lot about a person. I will definitely be going back again. Amazing job my legs feel great already 10/10. Thank you Didi

Full works today in this lovely town centre salon! Had highlights & low lights, cut and blow dry by the very talented Angie, (who always delivers exactly what I ask for) and Aimee who has done my eyebrows, tint, wax and eyelash tint. First visit for waxing. Therapist lovely very friendly. Eye brow and under arm wax. Very gentle could hardly feel been done. Salon very nice decor. Clean tidy. Dealt with straight away offered a drink. Display of cruelty free products available for hair. Reasonable price. Will definitely return.

I can’t recommend Emily enough. I’m normally quite shy, but she always makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease during my appointments. She is so friendly, professional, and has a great sense of humour, which makes the whole experience really relaxed and enjoyable. She always does an amazing job with my eyebrow waxing and tinting, and I leave every time feeling really happy with the results.
