Came here for the first time today and it was the best experience I've had at a hair salon, Charlotte was so patient and took her time to understand exactly what I wanted out of the appointment, super knowledgeable and gave some great advice. After going to a few other salons and made to feel a bit stupid for asking for things and told what I wanted was "too complex" and not achievable; my visit today was soo refreshing and I'm so happy with what I got, I've already booked my next refresh appointment 🙂‍↕️. I brought my sister here today for a cut and restyle. She had waist length hair and had it cut just below her shoulders. Emily took her time to ask what style she wanted and layered the cut and took alot of weight out from her hair. She finished by giving her a lovely wave through her hair that really showed the potential of various styles she can now achieve. My sister has adhd and anxiety, Emily took her time and was great at communicating and engaging with my sister and she is over the moon with her new style. A great experience at a beautiful salon!!!

Had my first Mezotix treatment with Leanne today. As usual. She was totally professional and went through the treatment before she started and gave me a full run down of what to expect and how to look after my skin in the next few days. The treatment was 'slightly uncomfortable ' at worst. It feels slightly stingy and hot, a little bit like sunburn. The fan she gave me to use during the treatment helped cool my skin down. It now just looks pink and quite glowing. I can't wait to see the results after the 3 treatments.

It was lovely to meet Katherine. Felt comfortable immediately I can judge waxing by how many times I flinch (been waxing since I was 15 - I'm 63). Didn't ouch or flinch once. Just had a flowing conversation - I'm a chatterbox - then I was done! That's my idea of a great session. It flew by. Much appreciated as am sunbathing in bikinis for the next 2 weeks

I’ve been going to Jen for a while now & I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She has a beautiful setting that’s calm & peaceful . Jen herself is the exact same & makes you feel welcome from the moment she opens the door. When people say some people are made for certain jobs, well this goes for Jen 100%. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she genuinely loves & cares about what she does & it shows throughout the appointment with her care & the knowledge of the treatments she’s carrying out. My skin always feels amazing after she’s worked her magic, roll on my next appointment!
