I booked the Back Rub Restore (30 minutes) at Opulence Thai Spa as I was in a rush and needed quick relief from back pain. It exceeded my expectations — the therapist managed to release the tension in just 30 minutes, and my back pain disappeared almost immediately and stayed away for days. The spa is clean, relaxing, and the staff were very professional. Perfect if you need fast but effective relief in central London. I’ll definitely be back!

This place is a blessing to Bermondsey, you will not find a better place in south east and east London. The therapist who walked on my back and yoga stretched was incredibly good, she definitely knows her trade knew exactly the pressure points and has the experience to show for it.

Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.

I walked into this new Thai spa in Angel thinking it would be a normal massage… but the pressure, aroma, and technique were next level. The therapists are VTCT-certified, super professional, and the whole place feels like a peaceful sanctuary in the middle of London and the best part?
