This place is a hidden gem. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I booked a hot stone massage, and it was terrific. I've had hot stones before, but this was much better and different. Will definitely book in for more treatments.

I was recommended Vicky by my sister who rated her highly. I have carried a lot of tension and stress in my muscles for such a long time and have aches in my shoulder and back and suffer from tension headaches. As soon as I met Vicky I loved her Instantly she is such a warm and friendly person and she made me relax straight away. The craniosacral therapy I had was amazing. It didn’t hurt, and felt very warm and relaxing. It felt like she literally melted all my tension away and I came out of that session like a wobbly piece of jelly and felt high on life! I’ve rebooked for more. Thank you!!!

Mark has been absolutely brilliant over the past couple of years. I attended 2 years ago with a painful hip that I’d suffered with for years, which after a few months of treatment was so much better. Then this year I’ve been back to see him with a broken ankle and once again he’s been great and it’s now well on the way to being back to normal. Mark is a true gem, his calm manner and true professionalism immediately puts you at ease. He’s extremely knowledgeable too. He is also a great Pilates instructor and I really enjoy his classes ( most of the time 🤪) Thank you Mark 😊

I had a lovely treatment with Maeva, it was my first visit and Maeva was really friendly, took her time and listened to me through the consultation. I had a deep tissue back massage, reflexology and Indian head massage, I felt wonderful afterwards. Thank you ☺️
