This was my 2nd visit to see Clare today, ongoing back problems have plagued me from years of lorry driving, Clare's approach not only helps address the immediate pain, her advice and exercise tips are also helping. Ive also strained my ham strings at the gym tooday, my massage has helped immensely and Clare has given me exercises to "warm" them up properly in the future. Jo made me feel very welcome in a trustworthy and professional manner. The massage room felt warm, comfortable and uncluttered. I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

My session was amazing! Jo was so lovely and made me feel at ease. It was a wonderful experience and I plan to come back.
