I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

To start off with the salon is very beautifully setup with a calming atmosphere. I got a very warm welcome, once I arrived and as I was ushered to my seat I was offered a complimentary drink, which was an unexpected surprise. Lydia and the ladies handled my hair with so much care, and always checking to make sure my comfort had not been compromised, was wonderful! And the attention to detail is unmatched. My lip blush experience with Angel was amazing. I wanted to redefine my lips with having fever blister scaring and I could not be happier with her work. We spoke about colours being natural, Angel then mapped out my lips and after a little tweak, I was so happy with the shape (not surprising since she is a pro make up artist!). Angie did an amazing job. She really listened to what I was looking for, she made extra sure I was happy with the shape, she kept checking that I wasn't feeling any pain and made me feel super safe in her hands. I love my blush! Can't believe I waited so long to get it.
