The service was really good which made up for the wait to be acknowledged. It was almost 10min before Trisha came to the seating area, saying she didn’t know we had arrived. Knowing you have bookings I would think that the staff are waiting at the entrance to meet the clients? Also, please may I suggest having instrumental music playing. The music not only was it inappropriate but also vulgar. Made the experience unpleasant from a setting perspective.

This is my third visit, getting my nails done by Kim, and I couldn’t be happier with her work—my nails always look flawless! This time I got a polygel fill with gel, and it looks stunning! There was a bit of confusion when I got a call about my appointment booking, where it seemed like the timing would be an issue, but it wasn’t a problem at all. I ended up arriving on time, and Kim handled everything smoothly, as always. She’s really dedicated and professional, which is why I keep coming back.

Samantha takes pride in her work. One can see she is hardworking around the salon too with agility. She does not product push like most stylists do however provides you with gueniune advice. You can see she is experienced & knows what she is doing. My family member also went to her last week & was impressed.
