The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Rachel made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and explained everything to me. I am so happy with the outcome of my lips and it's only day 2. I would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about getting any filler or botox done for the first time (or a top-up) to come to you guys. I’m so pleased I chose to have the Hifu procedure. Natalie explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was a bit painful in places but only for split second then it was gone. I felt a little bit tender in my jaw for an hour after but it was well worth it. I woke up this morning and was blown away when I looked in the mirror! two days after the procedure and my skin has tightened considerably around my jawline and cheek bones, the fine line around my eyes are nearly gone. I can’t wait to see how it’s going to look in 6 weeks.

She really takes the time to listen and makes you feel completely at ease. The results are beautiful and natural, and I couldn’t be happier. Great experience. I had my nails done by Violet who’s training to do BIAB. She was really professional and great at checking in to make sure I was happy with everything, her work was overseen by Cara who was giving advice if needed. Violet did a great job.

I'm very pleased with the service (eyebrows waxing and lash lift and tint) I received from Lorenza and I will definitely return. There's free parking (up to two hours) right outside the salon, which is very convenient. The booking process was very simple.

I had my Super Deluxe Facial with Lorenza and I can not recommend it enough! The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too! The whole experience was very relaxing, Lorenza was very professional as always. I will definitely be back! :) xx

despite being held up due to traffic from London, the team at Beauty enhanced still managed to get all of my treatment done. At one point, the salon had been closed and the three therapists finished my treatment together. Amazing service, excellent team work and my nails and eyebrows look fantastic

As someone who never wears makeup and never does anything out of my norm I get anxious about having any kind of treatment that may change my usual appearance. I had my eyebrows shaped by Amelia today and came out very happy. She listened to what I wanted and consulted with me before doing anything drastic. I couldn't be happier with my eyebrows or the way I was treated whilst in the salon. Was a super comfy and very pleasant treatment. Thank you Amelia

best salon i’ve ever been too, never been so happy walking out of a building the girls there are lovely and very welcoming, kaci managed to make me love my hair after hating it for months and transformed it in the best way, amelia done such a beautiful set of lashes on me never felt more confident.
