The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Rachel made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and explained everything to me. I am so happy with the outcome of my lips and it's only day 2. I went in for a hydrafacial with Eli, she was so lovely and took very good care of me. She explained what she was doing really well and made sure I knew what to do after my facial and also gave recommendations for my skincare routine and talked me through correct product usage. Would definitely recommend

Super friendly service. I had Natalie carry out my Hifu treatment, she talked me through the whole process and what i would feel during the treatment, it is a bit painful but bearable and your face is extremely red afterwards but this does subside after a few hours.

Had my appointment with Natalie. I was greeted with a warm and kind smile from the receptionist team. This was my first ever treatment so I was a little nervous but Natalie explained everything she was doing, walked me through any queries and concerns I had and spoke to me like a human being, the interaction was very friendly and positive which put my mind at ease. The overall procedure was quick and painless as well as effective and professional. Genuinely the best customer service I have ever received. The clinic itself is beautiful and spotless and is a very relaxed environment.
