We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

Fantastic facial and back massage with Emily yesterday. My skin looks so clean, clear and fresh. The products were lovely and felt so soothing on my skin. This is the second facial I’ve had with Emily and I’ll definitely be back for more. The back massage was great too! Just the right amount of pressure and Emily found the knots in my shoulders quickly and worked effectively to release the tension. I was SO nervous before this appointment. And was struggling to find a good salon in Birmingham to cater for my needs but J Beauty was amazing! Tension khatam. I had a full-body massage, and it was excellent. Anastasia, the masseuse, was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The place itself is so authentic; as soon as you walk in, the smell transports you to somewhere luxurious and far away from Birmingham. It was hard to walk out and not buy anything. I will go back :)
