We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. This is now my favourite and most recommended Thai massage in Birmingham. After my trusted therapist moved back to Thailand, I struggled to find the right place — until Faa. I’ve had two sessions and left both times genuinely rejuvenated. I suffer with lower back pain, sciatic issues and tight hips from long 12-hour shifts, and her deep tissue hot oil massage is strong, precise and truly therapeutic. Skilled, intuitive and never rushed. Highly recommended 10/10.

Fantastic facial and back massage with Emily yesterday. My skin looks so clean, clear and fresh. The products were lovely and felt so soothing on my skin. This is the second facial I’ve had with Emily and I’ll definitely be back for more. The back massage was great too! Just the right amount of pressure and Emily found the knots in my shoulders quickly and worked effectively to release the tension. I had a full-body massage, and it was excellent. Anastasia, the masseuse, was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The place itself is so authentic; as soon as you walk in, the smell transports you to somewhere luxurious and far away from Birmingham. It was hard to walk out and not buy anything.
