it was my first time doing facial & i chose to go with their acne facial bust. as singapore weathers are getting bad, my face breakup with acne & scars because of my itchy hand, i tend to pluck/peel the healing skin after popping the acne 😅 HILDA was very professional & she really put me at ease throughout the whole process! the pain was AVERAGE, i just doesn't like the 'numb' feeling on my face! but afterall, it was a pleasant one there! the staffs there are always so friendly & welcoming!! 101% will definitely recommend FIFTYFREED ! 🥰

Joie is knowledgeable and took the time to assess my skin condition before starting, which made the treatment feel personalised. While there is no extraction, a skin scrubber is used to emulsify sebum and remove black heads with minimal discomfort. What stood out most was the calming environment and attentive approach throughout the facial. Joie explained each step clearly and also shared useful tips on what skincare to use at home for my skin type. There was zero hard selling and it made the experience both a relaxing and informative one. Will definitely be back for more (:

Janice is very welcoming! My first self care experience after motherhood began for me and I do not regret my experience! Highly highly recommend. She does not hard sell (or no hard selling was involved) and she is extremely extremely patient and no rushing of the facial throughout as well. Will definitely be back if I ever have free time

Fell in love with the space once i stepped in. The environment is clean and very ig worthy and the service here is great as well. Did head spa and facial with them and I had a very good and relaxing sleep especially during the head spa treatment. I'll definitely be back again

Ella is an experience therapist. She recently open her new shop and it is very nice and ambient. She is just as kind and pretty as she is incredibly skillful. Ella is extremely attentive, carefully analyzing my skin condition before every session. I appreciate most is her honesty as she only recommends the necessary treatments I actually need, with no hard selling or pressure to buy packages. It’s a truly relaxing, premium experience. My teenage daughter went for her first facial here and being not comfortable at all having her face being touched, she actually enjoyed the entire session and found it extremely relaxing. Thanks to Sharifah, she is now open to go for facials, but only here. :) Her dry skin due to dry cold weather overseas, improved immediately after this facial.

My esthetician, Lei Lei, was fantastic – she took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the treatment accordingly. The facial itself was heavenly, and my skin is glowing! I had the Deep Purifying & Pore Detox Facial with Ella, and it was an excellent experience. Ella really takes the time to examine your skin carefully and pays attention to every detail throughout the treatment. Sometimes you come across therapists who simply follow a routine, but Ella is different — she is genuinely attentive, thoughtful, and focused on giving personalized care. I felt very well taken care of, and I would definitely go back again.
