Ella is an experience therapist. She recently open her new shop and it is very nice and ambient. She is just as kind and pretty as she is incredibly skillful. Ella is extremely attentive, carefully analyzing my skin condition before every session. I appreciate most is her honesty as she only recommends the necessary treatments I actually need, with no hard selling or pressure to buy packages. It’s a truly relaxing, premium experience. Firstly, the space is very clean and calming, making the entire atmosphere very comfortable and pleasant. I did the brightening duo facial involving gentle (not manual) extractions + carbon peel laser + pico laser + mask + red light therapy. Joey was very knowledgeable and gentle, educating me on my skin, giving me product recommendations and advice on how to take better care of my skin. I left with my dark spots slightly lightened, radiance and barely any redness. Zero hard selling unlike other places and nothing but warmth and professionalism from her! Results were amazing within the session
