As always the same coming from Hilda, she does a meticulous and very careful in her job. With my manicure and facials done today, she made sure the edges of my nails are smooth and not prickly. During the facial extraction process, she knows exactly where the sensitive spots are and always checks if I’m feeling alright for those spots. Every service from her is very reassuring and something I genuinely look forward to each time. 💛

Hajar is AMAZING!! She's extremely thorough with every step - and detailed when it comes to extractions. Extractions also never felt so painless - i could SLEEP through it. Her hands are also so incredible at giving the best facial/shoulder massages omg. Have been doing my facials with her for a couple of months, consistent every SINGLE TIME!! Love her!! 💗😮‍💨

I love it! I have been struggling with dry skin and pigmentation for years. Stepy explained that once I managed my facial hydration, spots tend to get lighter. Saw the before and after pics, which convinced me completely. I also appreciate that there was no hardsell and package promotion. Strongly recommend Stephy's facials services! It was my first time having a facial with Hilda (usually I had other services done by her), she was very gentle & attentive for my facials too! She took extra care to massage certain areas & made sure I felt calm throughout the session, which I find it's such a thoughtful detail that I truly appreciated. Iceky did a derma-roll treatment for my husband, which is also his first time done by her (other sessions were different therapists), he liked how she was great with the extractions before the facial began & shared many useful skincare tips that not many people know of.

I was breaking out really badly with 3 huge hormonal cystic acne and a bunch of small whiteheads/blackheads. Zoey was able to extract ALL of my white/blackheads (it hurt but was SO worth it) and calmed down my cystic acne significantly. I'm so happy! I've been having low self esteem because of my acne, and this facial helped so much.

Second visit to Cloud9 @ Hougang outlet with Hui Wen. She is very knowledgeable in sharing the suitable facial based on the skin condition. She is also very gentle and has very good technique! Highly recommend!!

Had one of the best facial experience so far at Fifty Freed with Charly. She was meticulous and so skilful that the extractions did not hurt much.
