I went to Sian at Align Therapy in Swansea after 2–3 months of shoulder pain, worried I’d damaged my rotator cuff. Thankfully, it turned out to be muscle tension, and after just one treatment I felt so much better! Sian is professional, kind, and so easy to talk to — I only wish I’d gone sooner instead of waiting months. After three treatments I feel as good as new, and I even tried acupuncture today which was a really lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Since the first appt Gareth has been great and since during our follow up appt’s. My teenage son is receiving treatment for an ongoing knee injury. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I've been seeing Bethan at Swansea Bay Osteopathy for over a year, and she's been fantastic. She's professional, explains the treatment clearly, and is very flexible with appointments. The clinic is welcoming, and Bethan's warm, friendly nature makes sessions easy and comfortable. She also provides tailored home workouts and can combine acupuncture with physio when needed. Sessions are reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Henry is first rate! He is very friendly yet professional and knows exactly what he's doing. He sorted out a trapped nerve for me approx 2 years ago (just 2 visits!). This time I needed my pelvis realigned which was giving me terrible pain in both my back and leg. His treatments are painless yet very effective. I doubt there is another Osteopath that knows as much as he does about his profession. I recommended him to my sister for her neck and back and he's already worked wonders.
