Finally found my salon home at MONÉA in Al Barsha.** They do the full works: nails, hair, blonde specialist. Everything is done properly. The staff are genuinely lovely, the vibe is girly and fun (great tunes, always), and they actually care. Drinks offered whenever I walk in.
