I booked an impromptu 2.5 hours worth of treatments just 3 hours before the appointment time and had a wonderful evening being pampered. Cansel was a delight, chatty and interesting while having my nails done, then quiet and peaceful for relaxation when having my massage, the perfect balance. Cansel checked in with me regularly to check I was happy with colour of nail varnish, pressure of massage, shape of brows etc. she was very caring to ensure I was satisfied at every stage. She also saved me some money and booked one of my treatments under an offer they had for cheaper! Thank you so much x

Gabbi is a fantastic colorist who believes in less is more, doesn’t fry my hair with a heat lamp and does highlights that blend so well I only need to go every three months.
