I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

This was my second visit and it won't be the last. Sam has such a calming yet motivating affect on you . Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. First massage treatment this afternoon with Heather. Wasn’t sure what to expect but found it to be really great. I was warm and comfortable and Heather explained every step of the way what she was doing and why. I can’t say it was without some discomfort at times but I honestly have found some benefit already. No pain no gain as the saying goes and I’m hopeful that this will help to make my movement easier. I would definitely recommend a massage session if you are suffering any aches and pains or have an injury which could benefit from this kind of therapy. I found it to be great. Hilary
