I try and get a haircut whenever coming home to Newcastle - for the reasonable prices, precise haircuts and great atmosphere. Ross is fantastic at making you feel at ease, listening to your wants and also giving sound advice for the cut. I always leave feeling satisfied. Will continue to visit whenever I'm up.

I’ve been going to House of Glam for over a year now, and I can’t recommend it enough! Jasmine, the owner, has created such a welcoming space, and the team is incredible. Kim has worked wonders with my skin through microneedling facials, and my confidence has skyrocketed since I started getting my facials (by Kim) , brows and lashes done here by Jasmine. I travel over an hour just to see them, and it’s always worth it. Whether it’s HD brows, facials, laminate brows, or lashes, the results are always amazing. Was anxious cause its my first time cutting my hair here in newcastle, but they were all friendly and provide good customer service. Elle did my hair and it was perfect! Love how she was very passionate in creating layers and framing for my hair. Love the finishing look, place, service, and hairdresser.

Lovely experience. A salon that feels really comfortable. Rachel is just lovely, puts you at ease and I had a deluxe manicure. Inc hand massage, gentle scrub, heated moisture mits and a nail shape and buff. My hands feel lush now and my nails so tidy and shiny. The beauty is, Rachel frequents a salon with a hairdresser, so even more on offer! ☺️♥️

First time I've had my brows tinted and waxed. Despite what the mapping had told Charlotte to do..she went with my eyebrow shape which I'm glad about. Hopefully get a couple of weeks of not having to do my brows everyday

wonderful as always. i started coming to boilerhouse as my first ever salon, then when i was low on funds for a while i tried a few different salons in newcastle, all of which were nothing compared to this place. they really set the bar high . the level of care from everyone from the moment you step in the door to the moment you leave, is nothing short of incredible . i am so grateful to marianne for my beautiful hair , and also just everyone in the salon making it such a welcoming and wonderful place to visit . thank you!

I love my new autumnal nails! Amy was helpful and really patient whilst I was picking a gel colour. She was detailed with the shape of my nails, added lots of layers to make the gel strong and gave me a hand massage afterwards! Thank you 😊

Nasi did a meticulous and beautiful job of removing my acrylic nails and replacing with gel polish on my natural nails. I am very happy with them and am looking forward to returning soon. I would recommend Nasi without hesitation.
