Sauna was super relaxing, really nice lighting, quality shower, clean, drinking water provided and had enough privacy. Could hear a bit of noice from surrounding services but once I had a speaker on it was fine. Lovely staff, very easy to book, straight forward process. Really well priced and easy location. Maybe could have used an extra towel as I used one in there and needed another to dry with.

I think I have just had the best massage of my life. What a little gem this place is for Fitzroy St, and our St Kilda community. It’s like a little peaceful haven in the Astral apartments. The ambiance and decor immediately relaxes you. It smells so good too. Masseur Josephine worked on my very tight knotty muscles with such professionalism, and noted all the sore spots that needed attention. I do a lot of sport so appreciate my body can be hard work. I will definitely be back for another massage with Josephine. Thankyou!
