It was the best haircut I have ever had! Thanks Hana for the cut and Lisa for washing my hair. They were very gentle - no pulling, no tugging, no rough touches - everything was perfect! Hana styled my hair exactly the same as the picture I showed her. I was only expecting a hair cut but I came out styled. I’ll definitely come back. They are so far the best salon in Ashfield!

Without a doubt, the finest salon in Sydney that I've visited! Zena and Jay were incredibly welcoming. Masseuse very professional & thorough, asked area of concern and very attentive to those areas. Good firm pressure and just enough without leaving feeling greasy. Hot stone could be little hotter however understand very fine line to potential burning client. Music a little loud and I would prefer traditional Thai meditational ambience instead of piano cover songs, I’m sure would accommodate if I asked but it was my first visit so happy to go with the flow. Over all relaxing and energising remedial massage and very reasonably priced. I would be my pleasure to return when next in Sydney

I had a keratin treatment done today and I’m so happy with the result. My hair is shiny, nourished, straight and easy to manage. My 5 year old son said my hair looks beautiful and my husband appreciated it too, more than I thought actually! In short, I totally recommend Artium Hair! I had a lovely afternoon: Daniela did a wonderful job with my hair, she made me coffee, I was able to relax for a while listening to Italian music and I felt at home. While Daniela was doing my hair, Davide fixed the haircut of a new customer which was a disaster to start with and she was very happy thanks to him!!

I have been going to Urban hair for a year now. I’m fairly high maintenance with long unruly hair. I require colour every 3 weeks, regular cuts, treatments, blowdries and recently a keratin treatment. They always accommodate me when I need to see them on short notice. I appreciate that especially considering I travel from the Central Coast. Vicki, Mia & Isabel are the best. I have left the salon super happy every time.
