Fabulous salon, pristine, smelt amazing like a spa, heated beauty couch, hygiene was top notch. The lady called Becky who waxed me is amazing and so kind, she was fast, efficient, professional and made me feel at ease, it was an' almost 'pain free experience . I had the gel cooling mask applied after my intimate waxing, worked perfectly . Im very happy and shall return, I'd highly recommend

I genuinely cannot stop thinking “why didn’t I do this sooner?” Leah made me feel completely at ease from the start, explaining everything so clearly. I honestly cannot emphasise enough how pain-free it was. I was so nervous going in, but now I can’t stop talking about how amazing it was! I’m still gobsmacked at how easy the whole experience felt. I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.

Absolutely brilliant. I was dreading intimate waxing for the first time but Laura was great, very professional and she made me feel at ease. Quite a painless procedure, hygiene was great, the process was very dignified and fast and efficient. The beauty couch was really comfortable, the beauty room was lovely and smelt of lavender , music chatting and laughter made me feel relaxed.
