Fabulous salon, pristine, smelt amazing like a spa, heated beauty couch, hygiene was top notch. The lady called Becky who waxed me is amazing and so kind, she was fast, efficient, professional and made me feel at ease, it was an' almost 'pain free experience . I had the gel cooling mask applied after my intimate waxing, worked perfectly . Im very happy and shall return, I'd highly recommend

I genuinely cannot stop thinking “why didn’t I do this sooner?” Leah made me feel completely at ease from the start, explaining everything so clearly. I honestly cannot emphasise enough how pain-free it was. I was so nervous going in, but now I can’t stop talking about how amazing it was! I’m still gobsmacked at how easy the whole experience felt. Absolutely brilliant. I was dreading intimate waxing for the first time but Laura was great, very professional and she made me feel at ease. Quite a painless procedure, hygiene was great, the process was very dignified and fast and efficient. The beauty couch was really comfortable, the beauty room was lovely and smelt of lavender , music chatting and laughter made me feel relaxed. I had a wonderful experience at Ann’s Nails & Beauty today. The salon was very nice and welcoming (they also had fans to keep it cool in the 30 deg heat and offered drinks to all clients). My set of french BIAB nails by Lilly are perfect and my lash tint by Ann is also faultless. Thanks very much both, I look forward to returning and hope to try more of the treatments/services you have on offer :)
