The time had come. I desperately needed a cut after growing my hair out for months from a very short style. Last night I took a chance when I arrived in London and scheduled a hair appointment at Shadi. The place looked modern and clean. When I walked in this morning for my 10:00 AM appointment, Mauricio kindly greeted me and started right away transforming my hair with great care. Alessandro is the best hairdresser I have ever had in London! I will never look back. My hair is thick and I have a lot of it and Alessandro always manages to tame it and make it look lighter. I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. A great reminder to slow down and take care of myself - can't recommend enough!

I am always impressed by the quality of the staff at Halo London Salon. I am by no means a regular, but I do usually select whoever is available to cut and blow dry my hair. No matter who I’m paired with, I’m constantly impressed by the results. In my most recent visit, I was most impressed by Alexandra as she knew exactly how to treat and style south Asian hair. Surprisingly, this is still not a common skill and Alexandra took her time cutting my hair to perfection based off a vague description of what I wanted. A true professional and someone who genuinely cares. Couldn’t ask for better.
