I was warmly welcome by staff. My masseur was very respectful He took account of my physical ailments and ensured that the pressure of the massage was to my liking. Afterwards I made use of their spa facilities. Their sauna was warm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was equally relaxing. I was very impressed by their service that I have booked another package of sessions. I would highly recommend the venue.

My treatment with Holly was amazing - such a genuinely holistic approach to skin, looking at everything from diet and sleep to stress. The facial itself was incredible (my skin is already feeling so dewy), and the sound healing and acupuncture took me into such a deep state of relaxation. I feel completely restored inside and out.

A truly transcendent experience — I’m still glowing! I came in feeling completely burnt out and left feeling like a brand new person. The facial itself was exceptional. My skin looked visibly brighter, smoother, and more hydrated than it has in months. But the sound bath element took this to another level entirely. I could feel the tension melting out of my shoulders and jaw. The space itself is calm, beautifully scented, and feels like a genuine sanctuary. I had a course of 4 Cellstory facials and It has been transformational for my skin. I attended a 40th over the weekend and people said I was literally glowing! The pigmentation I have had for years has significantly reduced and my overall complexion and feel of my skin has improved no end. This is not the first time visiting Holly and it won’t be the last. My entire system and body softens as soon as I step into her therapy room. I always feel completely held and looked after. Her facials are more than a facial, with acupuncture, a sound bath, peels, massages and plenty more. It’s what everyone needs! My face looks so glowing after my micro needling! I visited Nisa Thai a few times and I feel very happy with the service. The place is clean, quiet, and make me relax straight away. The girls are friendly are very skilled and they understand exactly where I have pain or tension. Convenient to get there, the Victoria Station is pretty close, and finally a place where I can use sauna without needing to pay a monthly subscription
