Dwayne was very nice and pleasant. It was a soothing massage and he was very gentle, asked how much pressure i wanted. Nonetheless, I wish he listened more to what I requested and focused on the specific parts of my body that needed more massage as I am aware time is limited.

I had an excellent sports massage with Kelly (F) Sandall at the USLH Staff Only Spa. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my ongoing MSK and sciatica issues before tailoring the treatment to my needs. I left feeling much looser, with noticeably less pain and tension. Kelly's friendly, caring approach put me at ease throughout. I experienced Shiatsu with Hiroe. Wonderfully calming and super relaxed environment; soothing music, light mist of essential oil and heated blanket! Hiroe's gentle but firm manipulation was so relaxing that I actually forgot where I was several times because I had dropped into such a deep relaxation. I feel so much better both mentally and physically. I am very grateful. Cannot recommend this enough.
