We had such a lovely experience at Cynthillant in Dubai. My teenage daughter had her hair cut by Monica, who was very attentive and did a beautiful job. We also had our nails done and were very happy with the result. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Very good customer service, and the staff were friendly and professional. However, I found the prices to be a bit high. I had a blow-dry for my short hair and specifically asked for it to be styled inward rather than flipped outward. They classified it as a “bombshell” blow-dry and charged me the higher price
