I had a 30 minute back, neck & shoulder massage (Swedish) . I've never had a massage before so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I booked as I've been having some tension. It was a lovely experience and Signe did also add some pressure to work on some knots. I was very relaxed and the time was up before I knew it. Thank you so much!

Nick was really good and explained the mechanics of the foot and the effect on your posture. I’d thoroughly recommend getting a biometric assessment to review what you might need to improve your motion and any pain you may be experiencing

I had my first pregnancy massage yesterday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing—it immediately put me at ease. The space was beautifully set up, with soft lighting and calming music that helped me switch off completely. Emily, was incredibly professional throughout. Her approach was gentle, attentive and very knowledgeable. I left feeling deeply relaxed. It was exactly what I needed. I would absolutely recommend this to any expectant mum looking to relax and feel looked after!
