I had such a beautiful nurturing aromatherapy massage with Nicola. I felt nourished and had a real energetic release at the end. It was more than a massage, I kind of felt like I had been in a relaxing vortex; a healing bubble that I didn't want to come out of at the end of the session. I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Nicola has such a calming presence and a real gift for what she does. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and worked wonders for the tension I’d been carrying. The reflexology was just as brilliant – I felt lighter and more balanced afterwards. It’s clear that Nicola is highly skilled and genuinely passionate about helping people feel their best. My family and I have used the podiatry and physiotherapy services. Both have been excellent. The podiatrist Gary carried out my surgical procedure with care. I felt very comfortable, the aftercare has been brilliant., kind and informative. I believe we saw Nick (it was a few months ago) for sports related injuries and problems with both my children. Again, very informative, with a plan to not just help the healing process but to avoid future injuries. I particularly liked that this was backed up with an email detailing exercises with specific videos to help my daughters muscle strengthening.

Saw Nick today for Sports Therapy treatment. Professional as always and felt confident in his recommended treatment. The whole experience from booking to treatment and payment is always very positive. Highly recommended.

Relaxed throughout and Eliza really enjoyed her appointment. We were fully informed throughout of all findings and given clear explanations of the workings of the foot and how Eliza’s differed and what could be done to improve it.

Excellent experience with Cariad, very easy to book, easy to find, nice clean and professional environment and made to feel welcome and at ease on entry even though I've done this quite a bit before, its always appreciated. Went for the Bespoke experience and was not disappointed, an informal talk about my physical/mental situation and then recommendations on therapy options and a targeted massage combining relaxation with working out stress points etc. Comfortable environment and peaceful non-invasive music. Overall 10/10, well worth a visit! :)

Nicola could be compared to a refuge,somewhere safe to relax,take stock and find yourself-physically and/or mentally. I always leave soothed and cared for. Nicola is quite simply the best massage therapist i have ever experienced. I never leave with discomfort or pain,only healed and calm.
