This appointment includes routine foot care such as nail trimming, callus reduction, hard skin removal, corn treatment, diabetic foot care, and standard verruca treatment.

Please note: This treatment does not include cryotherapy for verrucae or ingrown toenail care.

Routine Foot Care Treatment 

This appointment is a follow-up to your initial ingrown toenail consultation.

Your practitioner will assess the affected area, provide further treatment if required, and offer advice on ongoing care.

Please note: This appointment should only be booked if you have already attended an initial consultation.

Ingrown Nail Check Up

This appointment is suitable for new patients attending their first foot care visit, or for those who have not received foot care treatment at The Fane Clinic within the last 9 months.

As this is your initial appointment, you will undergo a consultation with your practitioner, followed by your treatment.

This appointment includes routine foot care such as nail trimming, callus reduction, hard skin removal, corn treatment, and diabetic foot care.

Initial Foot Care Consultation (1st Appointment)

This appointment is for patients seeking assessment and treatment of ingrown toenails by our practitioners.

Your practitioner will carry out an assessment, discuss suitable treatment options with you, and proceed with treatment where appropriate.

Ingrown Toenail Consultation 

Cryotherapy is an effective treatment for verrucae (plantar warts), using controlled freezing to target the affected tissue. This process helps to break down the verruca and stimulate the body’s natural healing response.

During your appointment, your practitioner will assess the verruca and determine whether cryotherapy is suitable for you. If appropriate, the treatment will be applied directly to the area. Some mild discomfort may be experienced during and shortly after the procedure.

Multiple sessions may be required depending on the size, depth, and duration of the verruca.

Please note: Charges for this service apply only when cryotherapy is carried out. If cryotherapy is not deemed appropriate, your appointment may be converted to an alternative foot care treatment, depending on your clinical needs.
