I decided to try PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy for my under-eye area to address dark circles, fine lines, and that tired, hollow look. After doing some research, I liked the idea of using my body’s own healing properties instead of fillers or harsh treatments. The procedure was pretty simple and quick. A small amount of blood was drawn, the platelets were separated, and then injected carefully under my eyes. There was a bit of swelling, no brusing —it cleared up in a few days. Rachel was so gentle. I had lip filler done by the lovely Shaheen yesterday she puts you at ease straight away she's so welcoming and friendly . The location is easy to find and theres clear instructions when you arrive . Shaheen applied numbing cream and we discussed the look I was going for I was even offered a stress ball to hold during the procedure. I felt Shaheen was very knowledgeable and I had no worries during the procedure and felt almost no discomfort. Im already looking to book my next procedure with Shaheen .

It was my first time that I have met Shaiina for a consultation. I had an amazing experience not that I was made feel welcome , I felt valued as a customer. She took her time to listen to my problem. I have had lip fillers for quite some time and too often , seeing the wrong people. I can’t wait for my appointment, knowing I will be looked after with care.

Finally built up the courage to come and have some dermal filler and wish I’d have come a long time ago. Fantastic experience with Morgan, was so good with me, gave me all the reassurance I needed and was great throughout the whole procedure.
