Cutest place and best service! Shaun has been cutting my hair for years so when he made his way to Fort Langley I of course has to drive out from Vancouver to support. Shaun and Jacqui have the most adorable family and the effort and love put into their new place shows as soon as you walk in. If you live in Langley this will definitely be your new favourite hair salon and if you live farther away and want to check out the adorable streets of Fort Langley, I highly recommend making the trip and getting your hair cut/coloured by some of the best!

New and upcoming salon in Willoughby -This place is a vibe! The girls are great. For a team of junior stylists everyone seems very experienced. They work as a team and pay close attention to detail. I really enjoyed the head spa. And when I left my glasses behind, they were quick to call and get them back to me. Definitely recommend.

As someone new to Fort Langley, I’m so thankful I booked with Daniela. It can feel really scary changing hairdressers and trusting someone new with your hair, but I left feeling so incredibly happy. My hair stylist of 25 yrs had moved away & I was struggling to find a new one. I started googling and the name is what caught my attention & then when I read the ABOUT US section I just loved there story & booked my first appointment with Jacqui. I loved how cute the salon was & was delighted to meet both Jacqui & her husband Shaun & the bonus I even got to meet their adorable girls Piper (The Fox) & Quinn (The Fawn) Jacqui is a pleasure... the first 15 min. was a consultation & then she performed her magic, I loved the end result! Shaun was friendly and made me feel welcome. He listened to what I wanted and took great care to cut my hair the way I had asked. I was very happy with the result. Afterwards I had a snack at a nearby bakery. Fort Langley is a charming destination in and of itself, which adds to the experience of visiting The Fox and The Fawn.

Shaun was great. He knew what was working and what wasn’t with my current haircut even before I said what I wanted him to do. But he listened to me as well. we had a great chat and shared some laughs while he was shampooing, cutting and styling and I left looking so much better than when I arrived. Elena was wonderful. She cut my hair exactly as I wanted and did a very nice job styling it.

Over the past year, I’ve been coming in every 4–6 weeks as part of a plan to keep my hair looking its best. At each visit, Elena takes care of a root touch-up, and as I grow out my bob, we’ve mapped out when to trim and when to tone. I love the product line that she carries and everyone once in a while I leave with something new to try. I highly recommend Elleven Hair Studio for those who don’t just want a cut or color, but a true partnership in achieving and maintaining their best hair.
