First time visiting Izabella and I couldn’t of felt more welcome and relaxed. Spoke in depth and made a treatment plan customised to my skin concerns and type, and advised on how to maximise the benefits of the facial. Such a beautiful atmosphere and room, and a really lovely women. Highly recommend 🥰

I had the most wonderful pre Ramadan facial at the clinic and will be going back. Even though the beauty room is inside a gym once your in the room with the gentle music, calming lights and comfy, warm room you feel like your in a whole other place. The therapist is knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout and took the time to listen to what I told her, I’m always a bit nervous going somewhere new so explain what my skin likes/ doesn’t like and she took all of that into account.

Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

Had my normal sculpting facial massage which gives amazing results. I also had a Thai foot massage which is heaven and very informative about what's occurring in your body. Can't recommend both treatment enough

I had the most incredible Glass Facial experience and I’m still glowing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so relaxing. I immediately felt at ease. The treatment itself was absolutely amazing. Every step was explained with such depth and care — the level of skin knowledge was impressive. My skin feels tighter, beautifully plumped, and intensely hydrated. It has that smooth, luminous “glass skin” glow I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. If you’re thinking about booking — do it. Just had the most amazing facial with Izabella and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My skin feels incredibly hydrated, fresh, and has the most beautiful glow. The entire experience was so relaxing. The salon itself is absolutely stunning – clean, elegant, and such a calming space. I felt completely pampered from start to finish. I’ve had 3 facials with Izabella and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and always tailors each treatment to exactly what my skin needs. Every appointment feels relaxing but also really results driven. I’ve noticed such a big improvement in my skin since I started. On top of that, she’s just a lovely person who makes you feel comfortable straight away. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing.

I always feel so comfortable with Nikki, she’s very knowledgeable about all things skincare! I really loved my facial (skin is definitely skinning!) and it was my first time having wood therapy which I felt the benefits from afterwards 🙂
