Charlotte was amazing. I've been fighting doctors, chiropractors and physiotherapists for over a year now to help me with my back pain. I've always felt like they just want me gone as quickly as possible. Charlotte actually listened to me which was like a breath of fresh air. She given me exercises and some possible reason for my pain. Which is more than anyone else has given to me to this point. I'm very grateful and hope this is the beginning of the end of my pain.

After lifting some heavy stable mats I was in excruciating pain when I made the appointment with Charlie. After some questions and checks, Charlie was able to identify where the pain was and set to work on the muscles. I found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and offered advice on how to continue exercising at home. I left feeling much better and have decided to go on a regular basis to help with the tension in my back. A true professional.
