The experience at Romi’s has been exceptional. I needed a last minute Brazilian waxing and she was there with a late booking that fitted my schedule. Her waxing technique is very good with very little pain. I would definitely recommend Romi for your waxing needs.

My appointment with Kelly was for a leg and bikini wax. However, I was feeling quite emotional and asked if she could do a back massage instead. Of course, Kelly was really lovely and said of course she could. It was absolutely what I needed and I felt a whole lot better afterwards. I can’t recommend the Hair and Beauty Gallery enough.

My first ever wax and I decided to jump in at the deep end with the half leg and Hollywood. Charlee made me feel so at ease, she did such a great job and made sure I was always as comfortable as possible. The results were fantastic and I can say for certain that I won't be going back to shaving! I have already booked my second appointment!

Had my first appointment today with Ruby, she was fantastic. She listened to what my aim is with my brows and she gave me some great recommendations for products to use to help achieve this. I met Romi for the first time today and she was absolutely lovely — very kind, welcoming, and professional. She was extremely gentle and thorough throughout the wax, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. The salon room is clean, calming, and really nice, with easy parking and great accessibility. I would highly recommend Romi and will definitely be booking again!
