On my first visit to Ouch Waxing Studio, Suzanne made a great impression, she’s clearly very good at what she does, working efficiently while still making the experience comfortable and easy. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. What really stood out, though, was Luna, the concierge, who adds such a warm and thoughtful touch to the visit.

The clinic is in a great spot and is lovely inside. The staff are very kind and offer water and have a bowl of chocolates out for customers. I saw Jaydon and she did an incredible job with my lashes and eyebrows while being lovely to speak to. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Nued.

Brilliant service once again. Today was my regular 3-4 werkly visit with a pedicure, SNS on natural nails and waxing.

Staff are beautiful my only thing I could complain about was the price of waxing
