Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. What really stood out, though, was Luna, the concierge, who adds such a warm and thoughtful touch to the visit.

Every time I go to Royal I have a lovely experience (every 4 weeks). The girls do a fab job on my nails and they are polite and very efficient. Queenie fixed my ingrown toenail as well saving me a trip to the podiatrist - I am so grateful to her. I can't recommend Royal highly enough!
