It was my first time getting a brazilian wax and I was quiet nervous as you could imagine, but Suzanne’s warm smile, good conversation, and thorough education on waxing was the best anyone could’ve asked for 🙏 She answers any and all questions with no hesitation and full enthusiasm, you won’t be left feeling underprepared afterwards. I had such a great experience , especially as it was my first time visiting and my first time ever having electrolysis done. Maddi was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. Before starting, she thoroughly explained the whole electrolysis process, what it involves, what I could expect during the treatment, and answered any questions I had. I really appreciated how patient and informative she was, as it made me feel much more confident and relaxed. She was professional, gentle and made the whole experience feel very easy and comfortable. 10/10 will def book again
