Shock Wave Therapy has been a big success for me. I’m pain free after suffering with sacro and disc pain for nearly 12 months. I’m not taking medications anymore and I would definitely recommend it if nothing else is working for you.

I’ve been going to Sam for nearly two years now for both massage and reiki and have always had a great experience. The reiki has had a great impact on my mental and physical wellbeing. The massage also helps a lot with my fibromyalgia and Ehlers Danlos related chronic pain.

Found Swansea Health Solutions on the internet following recommendation from the consultant to find a good sports injury clinic. Since the first appt Gareth has been great and since during our follow up appt’s. My teenage son is receiving treatment for an ongoing knee injury. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommend.

I received my therapy which was a sports massage from Lauren at Align Therapies and prior to my visit my lower back certainly was not in a good place but only after a 30minute therapy ,i can honestly say my lower back is much better .I certainly fully recommend this service and would definitely recommend in future to all i inow Thank you very much .

As always from swansea bay osteopath, real service, knowledgeable, and explain to you what is going on.

I always feel 100 times better after a visit to Deven both physically and mentally. I started going to her in 2018 with a really bad back (I couldn't walk) . I now go every three weeks or so and apart from ensuring my back doesn't seize up again Deven has also gradually sorted lots of other niggles and problems I had. A bonus is that I can ask her about any issues which are bothering me and know she will give me an honest opinion. Thank you Deven you really are one of the best health professionals I have ever known.

Bethan is a brilliant, very professional osteopath. I was suffering shoulder and arm pain for some months and sessions with Bethan relieved this from the word go with some wonderful massage therapy and exercises. I thoroughly recommend Bethan - she puts you at your ease straight away and is always a pleasure to see and chat to.
