I went to Sian at Align Therapy in Swansea after 2–3 months of shoulder pain, worried I’d damaged my rotator cuff. Thankfully, it turned out to be muscle tension, and after just one treatment I felt so much better! Sian is professional, kind, and so easy to talk to — I only wish I’d gone sooner instead of waiting months. After three treatments I feel as good as new, and I even tried acupuncture today which was a really lovely experience. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Sam enough. After suffering with my back for years, seeing several physio/ ostepaths I can finally say I’m in no more pain. Sam is professional and very experienced.

Highly recommend the Swansea Clinic of Natural Medicine. Not only did Simon successfully treat my injury but also provided great advice on probable cause and ways to prevent the injury recurring.

I've been seeing Bethan at Swansea Bay Osteopathy for over a year, and she's been fantastic. She's professional, explains the treatment clearly, and is very flexible with appointments. The clinic is welcoming, and Bethan's warm, friendly nature makes sessions easy and comfortable. She also provides tailored home workouts and can combine acupuncture with physio when needed. Sessions are reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Found Swansea Health Solutions on the internet following recommendation from the consultant to find a good sports injury clinic. Since the first appt Gareth has been great and since during our follow up appt’s. My teenage son is receiving treatment for an ongoing knee injury. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the treatment I am receiving at the Swansea Clinic.

Lauren is an amazing therapist, very welcoming and always offering ideas on exercises to improve mobility and prevent muscle tightness. It’s like walking on air when you come out from a massage session thank you.

Had an appt this afternoon 23rd January 26 with kema at Swansea bay oesteopathy , he was brilliant very professional , had and issues with tight glute feel a lot easier now ! Thank you very much , would definitely recommend! Regards cindy barry

I have been looked after so well. I was included in my care and checked upon. The treatements were successful right from the start. I will recommend Swansea Clinic.

I had an appointment today with Rebecca at Align Therapies in Swansea to treat lower back pain. Rebecca was very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend her.

Been going to frequent appointments with Kema @ Swansea Bay Osteopathy for the last month for a knee injury. He’s got excellent knowledge and is very friendly. He’s helped with recovery during sessions and gives advice / exercises to do when at the gym to aid with the injury too. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a physio
