Great welcome , then very thorough discussion of current health, date of injury and movement issues since fall.after this I had the physical examination. Mike Griffiths very thorough gave good advice on improving use on injured arm in getting out of car, putting on coat etc. Suggested ways to reduce pain too like ice packs and he fitted tape.

Huw gave me a comprehensive verbal and physical examination to define the back problem followed by an initial treatment to relieve the pain.

Good session with Gareth, feel as if progress being made. Good therapy, started and finished on time.
