I've been looking for a place to do my brows in Exeter since I moved here four years ago . I had hybrid stain brows done by Zoe and they are amazing, best brows I've had done for sometime I love them! Exemplary service from millie who over the last few months has nursed my nails back into health after contracting a nail disease from foreign pop up nail booths. Her understanding of nail hygiene and execution of these standards are testament to her knowledge and dedication to her clientelle. She is gold standard in my opinion.
