First time booking with Natural body cafe. On arrival welcomed with a warm proffesional manner. The booking system is very straightforward and hassle free. The rooms were very clean and toilet facilities clean too. What made it a 5 star for me' was being listened too ' regards my needs due to a sore back and tense muscles down on side of my back and and that being the key focus. The massage was to a high standard leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and helped to reduce ankes and pains. The prices are very competitive with plenty choices . After a terrible 2025nI booked today off. I looked for a last minute appointment, inky yesterday and was lucky enough to get one today. I am always a little apprehensive (no idea why) Jody was great from the moment we meet. I felt instantly at ease. The massage and facial were wonderful. Far exceeded my expectations. I remembered that it’s christmas next week and i totally forgot that my hair needs doing!! i asked around and it was really hard finding a hairdresser available, then catherine popped up! I decided to give it a whirl, and im so satisfied with the service!! First of all my hair looks SO GOOD!! And when it comes to the massage when washing my hair, it was exceptional!! I’ve also got hearing aids, and she didn’t treat me any differently, when i had to take them out, she still made conversation which i love, because i told her i can lip read, definitely returning! 💕

Had the most relaxing mini facial, scalp massage and back massage with Lucy this morning! Finished with eyebrows! Highly recommend 🥰

Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. I suffer from pretty persistent back pain and recently returned from an intense 2 week holiday and was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain which was impacting my wellbeing. After my first massage from Sarah I instantly got off the massage table and noticed the pain in my lower back had gone. Sarah made me feel very welcome. Room was warm bed heated and I loved the hot neck towel she put on me. My neck and back were really painfully tight and her massage was lovely. I really started to relax and I am definitely going back for another one. Thank you Sarah x
