Myself and my friend were visiting Leeds and were waiting for a late flight home, so decided to book in for a massage. The space was absolutely beautiful and ao relaxing as soon as you came through the door. The staff were so welcoming and lovely and the massages were absolutely perfect. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Leeds.

Her massages are also second to none for lasting repair and realignment. I was able to book in last minute. The space feels like a sanctuary and is clean and comfortable. Roxy took the time to understand how best to help and what to focus on. I cam out feeling relaxed and realigned! If I lived in Leeds, I'd definitely come again!

Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!

I had a wonderful 30-minute massage session with Tanya. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, kind, and friendly. She took the time to ask what I needed and tailored the treatment to focus on those areas, which made the experience feel very personal. I had the most amazing full body massage with Paula and I honestly can’t recommend her enough 🤍 I’ve recently given birth, so I was a bit nervous about how my body would feel, but she was so gentle, understanding and professional from start to finish. She really took the time to check what I was comfortable with and adapted everything to suit me. The pressure was perfect, relaxing but still effective, and she focused on all the areas that have been under strain since pregnancy and carrying newborns, especially my back and shoulders. I left feeling so much lighter, relaxed.

I enjoy Sophie’s massages so much not only cause she has the best hands, but cause she knows how to create the best vibe for a deeply relaxing massage. She has super strong hands and knows well when to apply the right amount of pressure. I always leave the room floating for the rest of the day and grateful that I booked :)

Tetiana was lovely and calming and I had the best experience the massage was so relaxing but also I felt she really worked hard on alot of areas that needed more attention. I also had a head neck and scalp massage which was fabulous. I honestly felt great when I left and definitely recommend Tetiana.. I will be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing – an easy 5 stars! I booked what I thought would be a simple head massage, but it was so much more than that. The treatment was incredibly thorough. She worked on my scalp, ears, eye sockets and so many pressure points and lymphatic areas that I didn't even realise held so much tension. It honestly felt like every acupuncture and lymphatic point in my head and face had been carefully released. I felt so relaxed afterwards that even my husband commented, "Oh my God, what have you done, your face is glowing?" when I got home! #YAN

I had a great experience today. Welcoming staff, lovely place and facilities but most importantly the massage was one of the best I've had and I know I am picky being a trained masseuse too! Tetiana was incredibly professional, the whole experience was so relaxing and I'll definitely be back. The only 'issue'was the music kept cutting off during the treatment which is a shame but otherwise I cannot fault my experience at Dragonfly Spa today.

I’d been looking for massages more locally for a while. It’s safe to say I am really glad I found Ben. I suffer quite a lot with upper back and neck tension. The space is really relaxing too, I love the music, lighting, hearing bed, water trickling. There’s a lot of thought, effort and focus that Ben puts into the room itself but also the massages - including checking on focus areaa. So glad to have found this place!
