I am so happy with my session at the facility. I was assisted by Ms Tamara Reddy. I had knee pain for approximately 3 years and within just 1 session with Tamara, I experienced knee pain relief. I had the homework of doing exercises, which contributed to the overall recovery. If I could give 10 Stars instead of 5, I would definitely do so. Would recommend to other people in my position.

I went to Nikita again and she never disappoints! Her work is consistently flawless, and she always pays such close attention to detail. My nails came out even better than I expected, and the quality lasts so well. She’s professional, friendly, and makes every appointment such a great experience. It was an amazing experience, Jacques du Preez the Physiotherapist was welcoming and professional. He took his time to thoroughly assess my condition and paid attention to details, asked a lot of questions, did a few stretches and some exercises my knee feels a lot better. He explained everything perfectly and gave me a personalised program that looks fun and easy to follow. I’m happy :)

Exceptional work from Jordan. I felt comfortable, like I was dealing with the highest level of professionalism, he was easy to talk to, concerned with my pain and took procedures slower where I was struggling. His work has helped me very much and a shoulder injury that has hurt for years is now healed. Just all around 10/10. Could not recommend more.
