I am a Lyno Movement Practitioner working with all ages and fitness levels, assisting with alleviating chronic recurring injuries through gentle fascia release, body alignment and full body mobility. Through our thorough whole body testing (FROM and BUNKIE), nervous system support and gentle fascia release we target specific tight areas and release them in order for you to regain full range mobility. A minimum of 3 consults within 2 weeks is recommended. After hours times can be arranged.

Have been going to Bianca for a while now. The Lyno is exactly what my body needed to come into alignment and to stay aligned. Thoroughly enjoying the lymph sessions too (despite initial discomfort where the lymph was stagnant) - definite shifts in my body. Bianca works magic.
