I was really worried, that this was a scam, is not, 😂 Monique was very nice, My treatment was literally pain free, there were no after sale pushing, which I really liked, it is quite confusing, finding the place, maps wasn't very kind to me.

End result was great, however during the treatment I ended up with extension remover and lash tint in my eyes. The wonderful lady doing my service was able to get it out almost instantly, however it was not something I’d say I expected during my treatment. Overall great service and beautiful ladies but possibly need a new way to remove products that are on the eyes, in a way that completely minimises the risk of getting products in your eyes.

Very accommodating, I booked at later appointment but needed to change it to an earlier one, Lash and Brow did not hesitate with getting me in early. My brow tint request was like blonde and I received light such a beautiful light blonde to is suitable to me skin tone and hair colour. I will definitely be ditching my other brow ladies/large chain to see Lash and Brow Avenue again.

Experience was incredible. Consultation and treatment were a breeze, I was made to feel comfortable, and the staff are just so beautiful & caring. All processes were explained thoroughly and the time was taken to ensure it was an amazing experience, already booked further treatments! Catherine made me feel at ease and was very transparent about possible side effects including bruising etc. Thorough in her craft and approachable. Her cosmetic room is located within another salon towards the back. It is clean, tidy and well presented. Have already recommended Catherine to a few friends and will be using her for other injectable treatments in the future. 10/10 from me. Thank you, Annaliese
