Kat was great.. I have been to the studio 4 times now. 3 with Kat and all those were great. Te other there were 2 younger ladies working, and their service attitude was functional, neither of them tried to find a connection with me. I felt just like a "thing that they need to work on and move onto the next". I seriously considered if I wanted to go back as I knew Kat was only temporary. Will see how my next session goes.

Kat, was very nice. She moved my appointments around at the last minute which she didn’t have to do. She is also very professional and kind.
