Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

Everything went super quick and painless. I was very pleasantly surprised. I also came 20 mins early and we started early, so the appointment finished even before it should’ve even started. The location is also lovely, located in a very nice place of London. Would highly recommend!!

I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. A great reminder to slow down and take care of myself - can't recommend enough!

Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Another balayage and haircut done yesterday, and my hair looks better, healthier, and more beautiful every single time I visit Izabella's salon. Izabella is incredibly talented and truly gifted at what she does. Her whole team is amazing, the iced coffee was delicious, and the salon itself is always immaculate and welcoming. 10/10 — I would recommend her to anyone in London looking for stunning, healthy hair. Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. The best place in London for eyelash extensions! I've been coming to Yuki since 2022 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She takes the time to understand what look you want to achieve, what the occasion is, and also examines your lash condition thoroughly. The results are incredible - elegant, natural, long-lasting with an effortless finish. I try to book a few sessions in advance as Yuki gets booked up very quickly! Couldn't recommend Caterpillar + Ink highly enough, whether it's a wedding, gala, holiday or just your everyday look!

Didi is the best facialist in London. I have facials monthly and always try new therapists but keep coming back to Didi. She helps me completely switch off. I have adhd and I find it hard to relax but Didi instantly does this. Her pressure is amazing and she's constantly giving 100%. I feel great. Thanks Didi xx

Best eyelash extension I've gotten in London and i have been to 5 or 6 different places since moving here almost 2 years ago. Annie knows what she's doing and my lashes always turn out really awesome. Plus Annie's just nice. I've been pretty scarred by these other places. So im really happy to have found Annie.
