This was my second Reiki session. After our initial catch-up, we began, and I noticed that the physical symptoms I’d been experiencing before the session dispersed by the end. I felt deeply grounded throughout, and I also experienced a beautiful release that really made sense to me.

An experience I find hard to put into words. I had a trial 25 minute session with Ricky and from the moment he opened the door to the moment I left I felt safe, held and in great care. I’m personally going through a very difficult and vulnerable time, and got a calling to come and see Ricky. He was so lovely with me and helped create a beautiful experience for me. Ricky was so welcoming & so easy to talk to. The session was perfect in such a warm, lovely space. I am already looking to book my next one. Ricky also followed up via email with some techniques & advice for my anxiety & moving forward which I thought was so wonderful. I had my first reiki session a week ago, and it was just what I needed at the time. I loved the multi-sensory experience, of essential oils, delicate bells that were used to start the treatment, and the treatment itself was comforting. Ricky held space, and I felt he facilitated the time I needed with myself, guiding my attention how my body has been holding emotion and tension, and allowing me to acknowledge and be present with myself. I am grateful for the warmth and kindness I felt during the session, and recommend Ricky for anyone looking for safe hands to get in touch with themselves. :)

This was my second facial with Holly and the difference to my skin has been incredible. Overall I have smoother plumper skin with a more radiant glow. My acne has improved so much and the scars are diminishing more and more each time I see Holly. The congestion on my skin has massively improved, and I’m super happy for Holly’s ongoing support and expertise throughout the facial appointments and outside of this. Had a crystal sound bath with Holly at a retreat & it was an amazing experience that I can't recommend enough. The session included breath work, energy building & journaling prompts that all together helped me highlight & remove habits that wasn't aligned with my goals. My treatment with Holly was amazing - such a genuinely holistic approach to skin, looking at everything from diet and sleep to stress. A truly transcendent experience — I’m still glowing! I came in feeling completely burnt out and left feeling like a brand new person. The facial itself was exceptional. My skin looked visibly brighter, smoother, and more hydrated than it has in months. But the sound bath element took this to another level entirely. I could feel the tension melting out of my shoulders and jaw. The space itself is calm, beautifully scented, and feels like a genuine sanctuary. I had a course of 4 Cellstory facials and It has been transformational for my skin. I attended a 40th over the weekend and people said I was literally glowing! The pigmentation I have had for years has significantly reduced and my overall complexion and feel of my skin has improved no end. The facials are a lovely and fully relaxing experience in Holly's comfortable house. She sounds baths and massage are such a gorgeous touch. Truly a mind and body relaxation! Thank you, Holly!! x
