I am in London for summer from NYC and needed to keep up my lashes. Lolo is close to my flat so I decided to try and I am obsessed. I’ve been twice and they’ve done an excellent job and my lashes look phenomenal and so natural, I have gotten so many compliments. Will be going here all summer for sure!

Just had the most wonderful facial with April. She sat down and talked to me about my skin concerns and regimen, then proceeded to the treatment with relaxing massages throughout. I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! The new branch is focused on hair and scalp wellness. I enjoyed the multi step treatment and scalp and shoulder massage. Super relaxing and it was everything I wanted out of the head spa. It is much better than ones I tried at other salons. The space is new and calming too. Kazuna finished the experience with a trim which freshened up my look.
