The tech was very friendly and it is always clean and so welcoming in the salon. For this manicure in particular, I didn’t love that my cuticles were not pushed back at all and that I left with the area around my nails full of a lot of dip residue both around and under my nails and being told it will wash off.

Erin did a very good job. She is pleasant as are all of the staff I have been in contact with. The place is clean, wiping down stations, sweeping the floor frequently. All in all, a great place lace to have your mani/pedi.

Came for a mani, stayed for the two tornado alerts 🌪️. Somehow still left with AMAZING nails thanks to Mara, who was calmly running the whole operation like it was just another Thursday. Crisis management + flawless nails? Five stars, no notes.

I have seen Tom twice in a row now and I wanted to mention that I really appreciate his attention to detail! We’ve been doing 3 layers of dip to help prevent lifting & I didn’t even have any lifting at all this time! I love how the techs at Catherine’s are so willing to work with their clientele & come to a solution that meets their needs. When approached with a problem, they actually want to find a solution rather than a quick fix. They could so easily tell me to not be so rough on my nails or to get them filled sooner, but instead have worked harder to make my life easier! <3 best salon ever

Lexie was great today. Appointment was running a little behind but she was still very patient and still took the time to make sure my time was valued. I personally feel that there needs to be a little more time scheduled for dip and designs.

Addison was wonderful. I had my brows mapped because they hadn’t been waxed in quite a while. She did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She also had a game plan for my brows going forward. The service was excellent. Minimal redness. I’m excited to have a reliable waxer in Kalamazoo. I already have my next appointment booked and will look forward to seeing Addison for a facial sometime soon as well!

Definitely will be recommending to my people! We felt so relaxed after that we forgot our freshly dried swimsuits! Did a couples head spa with my fiancé and we felt like royalty. The inner haven experience is so relaxing, they brought us water, chilled towels for our faces/necks, and kept us updated as to when our service providers were ready for us. The service itself was so relaxing and included a shoulder & arm massage which I loved. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Also the environment was very luxe and relaxing; the perfect addition to Kalamazoo!

Absinthe was the sweetest! She was kind enough to add a design even though I forgot to book it as part of my service. She was consistently checking in to make sure I was comfortable and liked my nails. She was super easy to talk to and this was the most fun I’ve had a nail appointment! I will definitely book with her again.
