I have been using Shannon services since she moved to Coffs harbour. Each time I walk through the doors no matter what is going on in my life or hers I feel relaxed. You are always greated with the most amazing smile, the team there are friendly and welcoming. Shannon just knows the countless times I have said I am in your capable hands and she has always hooned in on what ever the issues are within my body. I leave like I am on a cloud. I can't recommend Shannon highly enough. She is an absolute goddess.

Ooooh My Goodness!!! Yesterday I had the BEST "Immortal" Facial from Leila...and it was absolutely phenomenal!! She is simply amazing! Lea’s facials are legendary and have been consistently fantastic with my recent session no different. Lea is very customer-focused, knowledgeable and deeply cares about what may work best for your skin. I have facial skin allergies and have seen wonderful improvements after every visit. Lea has given me a plan for further improvements and can’t wait to get my treatment again, my last one included a collagen treatment with Vit C infusion, LED light and beautiful products combined with gentle intermittent massages. Oh My Gosh...I just had the most BEAUTIFUL Immortal Facial/Experience with Laila yesterday. The gentle touch of Laila's hands made me feel pampered and so cared for. I had the most amazing experience with Alex! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and looked after. The massage was incredible — so calming and exactly what I needed. My facial left my skin feeling fresh, glowing, and rejuvenated. Alex also did my eyebrow wax and tint along with a lash tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything was done so professionally and with such attention to detail. My brows have never looked better, and the lash tint made such a difference without needing makeup. Thankyou ❤️
