Once again, I had a genuinely lovely pedicure at Zaira-Rose. The atmosphere is always calm & welcoming & Anu's playlist & cappucino sets the tone for the whole experience. The technician was gentle, attentive, and very skilled. My feet were pampered, the shaping was clean, and the finish looked fresh and neat. The whole experience was relaxing and worthwhile.

My lashes have never looked this good in their life, Laila did them so well and she was so sweet she offered me drink and snacks and has such a comfortable place. I have been receiving compliments from stranger and family the whole day; I was unsure of what I exactly want but she helped me and she made the best choice. I did a Korean lash lift and it never burn my eyes she accommodate to all my needs honestly she has found a life-time client because she is soo good at what she does.

Really enjoyed my visit today. The place is big, has a relaxing vibe, beautician Jenny was lovely, kind and attentive. Excellent mani/pedi! Lovely complimentary coffee. Perfect way to enjoy my day off work. Thank you

Went to the Wembley Branch for the first time & its was a beautiful experience of the way the things were explained. Hopefully my next session goes well at Ladbroke where my treatment will be taking place.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now for lip fillers and Sarah always does an amazing job. Amazing hospitality, she ensures that you’re comfortable before during and after the treatment. I went to 2 different girls for lip fillers before I found Sarah and it was such a disappointment from those 2 girls. But from Sarah it has always been amazing. I love my lips so much, I couldn’t be happier.

I had a lovely experience my first time getting lip filler I love the outcome . Laila made me feel so comfortable and less nervous and the procedure was so quick and not as painful as expected . The room was clean and tidy and she’s always kind and sweet will definitely be booking again x

It was an amazing experience. My facial was booked for Ladbroke Grove clinic. Shantelle the manager was absolutely amazing. She was very understanding and really easy to talk to as there was issue with my appointment. She handled it beautifully! I went to Wembley branch and Radhika did a fabulous job. Incredible service from the Zaira-rose team. Although, I was less than sober when I arrived, the ZR team took such good care of me. This is my first mani pedi and the experience was absolutely fantastic, I will definitely become a life long ZRS customer!! 10/10 experience and service.
