It was an amazing experience. My facial was booked for Ladbroke Grove clinic. Shantelle the manager was absolutely amazing. She was very understanding and really easy to talk to as there was issue with my appointment. She handled it beautifully! I went to Wembley branch and Radhika did a fabulous job. Really happy with my facial, mani and pedi. The steamer wasnt working during the facial however the therapist used heated cotton pads as a substitute. Happy with the overall experience

Management is terrible, she needs to inform customers prior to their appointment (preferably on their booking Confo email) to bring their own face mask or they will need to pay for one. The fact that a mask needs to be worn is completely acceptable and understandable, however, as a business you cannot expect that ALL customers keep up to date with business government guidelines so it would be morally correct to inform customers of this prior to their appointment to ensure they come prepared. Rest of the staff are lovely, especially Julia who is amazing!
